What is the refund policy?
Purchases are final. Refunds apply only when we remove a paid listing. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Updated
Standard refund terms
Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. This policy is set out in the terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this.
Refund for rejected or removed listings
If our team rejects or removes a paid listing from the directory, the full payment for that listing is refunded automatically to your original payment method. A credit note is also issued.
If you paid by crypto, you will need to provide a payout address to receive your refund.
Disputed or reversed payments
When a payment is disputed or reversed, any products or listings purchased with that order are taken down immediately while the dispute is being resolved. If the dispute is decided in our favour, your items can be restored.
For further detail, see the terms.
