What makes a founder profile complete?
Your founder profile must be complete before any listing can go live. Here's what information is required.

Profile requirements
Before a product listing can publish, you need to fill in your founder profile at /account/founder. The system requires:
- A photograph and a single-line caption for it
- Your full name
- Your job title or role
- Your country of residence
- A biography of at least 80 characters
- At least one personal link: your own website or a personal social media account (not company or product pages)
You may also add your city and link to a founder story, but these are optional.
When listings are held
You can draft, submit and pay for a listing without a complete profile. However, the listing cannot go live or be scheduled for a future date until your profile is finished. Your work is not lost. The moment you complete all required fields, the listing releases automatically.
If you have paid for a specific week, we honour it: you keep the paid week ahead. If that week has already passed, your listing goes live this week (as paid) or enters the next available free-queue week (if free), and we notify you of the change.
Adding team members
Invite co-founders through the Team section at /account/founder. Each co-founder's profile must also be complete before they appear on the product listing.
Questions people ask
- Can I publish my product without finishing my profile?
- No. A listing stays on hold until your founder profile is completely filled in, including photo, name, title, country, and biography. Once complete, it publishes automatically.
- Will I lose my listing if my profile isn't ready?
- No. Your listing is saved. When you complete your profile, it is released straight away. If you have paid for a week that has already passed, your listing goes live immediately; otherwise it enters the next free-queue week.
- What information do co-founders need to provide?
- Each co-founder must complete their own founder profile at /account/founder before they will show on your product listing.
