What pulse.pulsecima.com looks like

Pulsecima Pulse monitors your URLs from Virginia, Ireland, and Singapore. A single region's failure doesn't trigger an alert—at least two fresh regions must confirm a failure before you're notified, preventing false alarms from temporary glitches.

Every check provides a full timing breakdown showing DNS lookup, TCP connect, TLS handshake, and server response time. The service supports cron and scheduled job monitoring via heartbeat checks, letting you know when jobs silently stop running.

Public status pages show customers real uptime history and incident updates. Alerts route to Slack, webhooks, or PagerDuty, with on-call escalation on Pro. Maintenance windows suppress alerts during planned downtime without disabling monitoring.

Frequently looked up

Q1How does cross-region confirmation work?
Pulsecima checks your URLs from three independent regions. A failure from one region isn't enough to trigger an incident; at least two fresh regions must report a failure before Pulsecima confirms an incident and notifies you. Results only count while fresh (within about twice your check interval, and at least 5 minutes).
Q2What are heartbeat checks?
Heartbeat checks are a dead-man's-switch for cron jobs and scheduled tasks. You create a heartbeat check and get a unique ping URL; have your job call that URL when it finishes successfully. If a ping doesn't arrive within the expected interval plus a grace period, Pulsecima alerts you by email or webhook.
Q3What is the volume discount pricing structure?
Basic and Pro are billed per active monitored URL with volume discounts applied like a tax bracket. Only the URLs within each band are billed at that band's rate, so your total never goes down when you add a URL. On Basic, your 11th URL is billed at $1.09, but your first 10 stay at $1.49.
Q4Do I need a credit card to try Pulsecima Pulse?
No. The Free plan is fully functional with no payment method on file. You only enter billing details when you choose to upgrade to Basic or Pro.
Q5How often are URLs checked on each plan?
Free checks every 10 minutes, Basic every 5 minutes, and Pro every 1 minute. This is the minimum interval; checks won't run more frequently than your plan allows.
