Every email address comes from a public agent profile the brokerage publishes itself or from a business address on a real estate firm's own website. State license registers are used only to count agents and find brokerage websites, never as a source of addresses. No data is bought from data brokers, guessed from name patterns, or harvested from data breaches.

Q3How current is the US Realtor List data?

The roster is rebuilt weekly with the build date printed on every page. Agents who leave a brokerage are removed in the next build, and new licensees are added. The current build is dated Oct 8, 2026, so customers receive the most current data available, not old exports resold multiple times.

Q4Is there a refund guarantee if emails bounce?

Yes, the bounce guarantee refunds your share of every hard-bouncing address when you email the list within 30 days. A hard bounce is a permanent error from the mail server like 'user unknown.' Full mailboxes, greylisting, and spam blocks do not count. Send the bounce report to hello@usrealtorlist.com within 30 days of purchase and the refund is calculated as the price divided by the number of rows in your file, times the number of hard bounces.
